Hi Gents,    Ticket sales for the November 2024 luncheon at Besk close this Monday, 18th November at 12:30pm. We've only got 15 tickets left, so don't delay! Grab tickets for yourself and a guest and join us for the final luncheon of the year!    See you there for Good Beer, Good Beef and Good Fellowship!   *****************************************************************************************   The November 2024 luncheon is being held at Besk in West Leederville!   The establishment is named after the old danish term Besk, describing a type of flavour profile, and highlighting their commitment towards ingredients (and community experiences) free of unnecessary pretension.   The space invites co-owner and Mane Liquor's resident booze hound, Elliot Moore, a second outlet to showcase his love of craft drinking and producers. Moore and chef, Gerard Mitchell, are dedicated to serving only quality ingredients from trusted local farmers. With grass-fed steak, seafood and free-range chicken from local growers, they refuse to compromise on quality.   Besk was only introduced as a Beer & Beef venue a couple of years ago, however it has quickly become a crowd favourite, so make sure you snag your ticket early to be one of 45 lucky guests!     Ticket sales will end at 12:30pm on Monday 18th November so don't delay!   Just a few quick "house-keeping" reminders: Please inform your guest of our dress standards - jacket and tie are compulsory - dress jeans/chinos are perfectly okay; The lunch is a strict 1:00pm start - the committee are still in set up phase prior to this (please inform your guests of this as well); When you book a ticket for your guest, please be sure to enter their name so we can arrange badges - as well as their email so a copy of the ticket is sent to them; Remember to drink responsibly and look after your mates; Finally, the club is about true fellowship, so when you introduce your guest(s) - it's not so much about their business and telling the room they should see them for "x" service - it's more about how you've met them and why they'd enjoy the lunch - it's more important to focus on the fellowship aspect, rather than introducing a networking flavour. Set the expectation for them right from the start so they can relax and just enjoy the day.   See you there for Good Beer, Good Beef and Good Fellowship!   Cheers Prez & Committee

Hi Gents,    Last chance to purchase your tickets today for the biggest lunch of the year this Friday!! Don't miss out... ********************************************************************************************** Only 1 week left to grab your tickets to the biggest lunch of the year! Please invite as many guests as you can to maximise the funds we can raise for Ruah. Hope to see you there next Friday... ***************************************************************************************** We would love to see you at this year's fundraising lunch which will take place on Friday 25th October at The Camfield!   The Beer & Beef Club have always had a strong drive to give back to those that need it most. For the past three years, we have been supporting and raising funds for Charlie’s Hope. Last year was our final year of fundraising for Charlie and we are so grateful to have been a part of his journey. We hope to see him back at the club when he reaches beer o'clock!    For the next three years, we have selected Ruah as the recipient of our fundraising efforts. Ruah provides a range of critical community services to West Australians that need it most. Providing resources and a safe haven for women and children experiencing domestic violence is a major focus for Ruah, however, they also extend their reach into combatting the housing and homelessness crisis; providing mental health and wellness resources; and providing much-needed legal services to our most vulnerable.    This year we have decided to host our fundraiser at The Camfield. We have had a few luncheons here before, and we thought that its large venue space is perfect for hosting our biggest event of the year! We are super excited to be hosting our first Ruah event here and we have a fantastic afternoon planned.    Our annual fundraiser is really special to the club as it is an Open Lunch! You are welcome to invite spouses, colleagues, and friends to come along and enjoy the afternoon. The beer sponsor for this event is yet to be announced, so keep your eyes and ears open! For guests who are not beer drinkers, there will also be a selection of wines and bubbles available.    We’ll be looking to continue our amazing fund-raising efforts with several live auctions and some fun games with awesome prizes up for grabs! Here are just a few of the fantastic auction items that we already have lined up: Private charter flight on the Fly Legendaire Piper Navajo (6 seater) to Leeuwin Estate for lunch Private charter flight on the Fly Legendaire Cessna 210 (4 seater) to Samphire Rottnest for lunch Signed sporting merchandise     Our annual fundraiser luncheon is our biggest and most successful event we run each year so you will need to get in early! Ticket sales will end at 12:30pm on Monday 21st October so don't delay.    More details to follow so keep an eye out on our socials on Facebook or LinkedIn!   Just a couple of quick "house-keeping" reminders: Please inform your guest of our dress standards. For the men - jacket and tie compulsory - dress jeans/chinos are perfectly okay. For the ladies - smart business casual/cocktail; The lunch is a strict 1:00pm start, if you get there early, grab a beer at the bar - the committee are still in set up phase prior to this (please inform your guests of this as well); Remember to drink responsibly and look after your mates; When you book a ticket for your guest, please be sure to enter their name so we can arrange badges - as well as their email so a copy of the ticket is sent to them.   See you there for Good Beer, Good Beef and Good Fellowship!   Cheers Prez & Committee

Hi Gents,    The September 2024 luncheon is being held at Kitsch Bar in Leederville!   Kitsch Bar is a new venue for the Beer & Beef club so we are excited to see what they have in store for us!    Kitsch defines itself as a hot, sweet, crispy, salty and sour mix of street food that sits at the centre of all occasions and celebrations of traditional Asian culture. The setting is inspired by humble night markets - bare bulbs, a flurry of chit chat, open flames and the sizzle and smell of food.    If you like Asian-fusion cuisine, this is not a lunch to miss! Most importantly, we will have Whitelakes Brewing supplying our beverages for the course of the afternoon.     Ticket sales will end at 5:00pm on Friday 20th September with only 45 seats available so don't delay! With the new revamp completed, Henry's Loft was created as a private venue space in honour of Henry Stirling Trigg - the original architect of the building.    Henry's Loft is a new venue for the Beer & Beef club so we are super excited to see what they have in store for us!
