Hi Gents,

 

The June 2024 luncheon is being held at Boston Brewing Co in Victoria Park.

 

With more craft beer than you can shake a stick at, we look forward, once again, to see what beef inspired menu the head chef can serve up to pair with their delicious beers.

 

Situated in the private dining area, it's a perfect space for the club, and several of the committee have frequented the establishment several times to test the menu, which is outstanding. Ticket numbers are limited so make sure you snap them up early!

 

We're expecting Boston to deliver up something special for us as it has very quickly become one of our signature venues, so don't miss out! We'll announce the full menu and beers that will be served up shortly, but this is definitely not a lunch to miss. Make sure you secure your tickets early as the corresponding lunch last year was a sell out!

 

 

Ticket sales will end at 12:30pm on Thursday 20th June so don't delay!

 

Just a few quick "house-keeping" reminders:

• Please inform your guest of our dress standards - jacket and tie are compulsory - dress jeans/chinos are perfectly okay;

• The lunch is a strict 1:00pm start - the committee are still in set up phase prior to this (please inform your guests of this as well);

• When you book a ticket for your guest, please be sure to enter their name so we can arrange badges - as well as their email so a copy of the ticket is sent to them;

• Remember to drink responsibly and look after your mates;

• Finally, the club is about true fellowship, so when you introduce your guest(s) - it's not so much about their business and telling the room they should see them for "x" service - it's more about how you've met them and why they'd enjoy the lunch - it's more important to focus on the fellowship aspect, rather than introducing a networking flavour. Set the expectation for them right from the start so they can relax and just enjoy the day.
