Prost! Oktoberfest is Back
The Beer & Beef Club is heading back to the Belgian Beer Café for another Oktoberfest celebration on Friday, 25 September 2026.
Expect an afternoon built around everything we do best: serious beef, outstanding beer and even better fellowship, all with a healthy dose of Oktoberfest spirit.
We’ll be serving up a hearty feast alongside a hand-picked selection of beers worthy of a raised stein. Lederhosen may be optional, but enthusiasm is strongly encouraged.
And of course, there’s the important question...
Last year, everyone walked away with two complimentary beer glasses. What will it be this year?
You’ll have to join us to find out.
A few quick housekeeping reminders:
Dress standards: Jacket and tie are compulsory. Dress jeans or chinos are perfectly fine.
Timing: Lunch begins with a strict 1:00 pm start. The committee will be setting up beforehand, so please remind your guests not to arrive early.
Guest details: When booking, please enter your guest’s full name for their badge and email address so they receive their ticket.
Drink responsibly: Enjoy the afternoon, pace yourself and look after your mates.
Fellowship over networking: When introducing your guest, forget the sales pitch. Tell us how you know them, what makes them good company and why you thought they’d enjoy the Beer & Beef Club. That’s what keeps the room relaxed and the fellowship strong.
So dust off the jacket, loosen the belt a notch and get ready to raise a glass.

August 2026 Luncheon @ Baillie Hill

Hi Gents,
We're heading somewhere brand new for our August 2026 Luncheon: Baillie Hill in East Victoria Park. Built on the historic Elizabeth Baillie site and restored with reclaimed jarrah throughout, it's one of the most talked about openings in Perth right now, with a proper bar, a serious kitchen and its own distillery on site. First time through the doors for us, and we're keen to see what they can do.
Ticket sales close COB Friday 21st August, but with only 50 seats available we expect to sell out well before that. Don't say we didn't warn you!

We're heading to Pirate Life for our July 2026 Luncheon. A proper brewery venue with a laid back warehouse feel, Pirate Life is known for punchy, well crafted beers and a solid feed to match. It's been on the wishlist for a while now, so we're excited to finally get the boys through the doors.
Ticket sales close COB Friday 24th July, but with only 50 seats available we expect to sell out well before that. Don't say we didn't warn you!

May 2026 - Luncheon @ Henry's Loft

Gentlemen,
We are once again heading back to Henry's Loft for our May 2026 luncheon!
After the continued success of our lunches, we're delighted to announce that we're returning to Henry's Loft in the Subiaco Hotel, a venue that has become a firm favourite of the club.
The Subiaco Hotel is an iconic institution that has stood on the corner of Hay Street since 1897. Over this time, the pub has seen many eras and only recently changed hands for the first time in 50 years. With the new revamp completed, Henry's Loft was created as a private venue space in honour of Henry Stirling Trigg - the original architect of the building.
Ticket sales will end at 5:00pm on Friday 22nd May with only 40 seats available. Don't miss out.

We're excited to welcome Froth Brewing to the club for this one. More details on what they'll be pouring will follow shortly.
Just a few quick "house-keeping" reminders:
Please inform your guest of our dress standards - jacket and tie are compulsory - dress jeans/chinos are perfectly okay;
The lunch is a strict 1:00pm start - the committee are still in set up phase prior to this (please inform your guests of this as well);
When you book a ticket for your guest, please be sure to enter their name so we can arrange badges - as well as their email so a copy of the ticket is sent to them;
Remember to drink responsibly and look after your mates;
Finally, the club is about true fellowship, so when you introduce your guest(s) - it's not so much about their business and telling the room they should see them for "x" service - it's more about how you've met them and why they'd enjoy the lunch - it's more important to focus on the fellowship aspect, rather than introducing a networking flavour. Set the expectation for them right from the start so they can relax and just enjoy the day.

Hi Gents,
Join us for the April 2026 luncheon being held at Kitsch Bar in Leederville while enjoying ice-cold beers proudly sponsored by Impi Brewers.

We're heading back to Kitsch Bar, and if you joined us last time you'll know we're in for a treat. For those who haven't been, Kitsch defines itself as a hot, sweet, crispy, salty and sour mix of street food that sits at the centre of all occasions and celebrations of traditional Asian culture. The setting is inspired by humble night markets, bare bulbs, a flurry of chit chat, open flames and the sizzle and smell of food.
If you like Asian-fusion cuisine, this is not a lunch to miss! Most importantly, we will have the crew from Impi Brewers supplying our beverages for the course of the afternoon.
Ticket sales will end at 5:00pm on Friday 17th April, unless sold out sooner, with only 45 seats available so don't delay!
