You are invited as Life, Honorary and Financial Members to attend the AGM at 12.30pm next Friday 26th - just prior to the lunch.
Please note that guests and non-financial members are not permitted at the AGM.
As the AGM will be held in the Restuarant where we will be having the lunch, please let your guests know that they're welcome to get themselves a drink at the Rooftop Bar and then head down when the lunch starts at 1pm.
There will be no late entry permitted to members on the day who have not registered for the AGM beforehand. Due to the timings involved, we do need to strictly adhere to this, so if you plan on attending the AGM, then please register to avoid any uncomfortable conversations on the day and please inform your guests.
Registrations for the AGM will close at 5pm on Wednesday 24th November.
